Wellbeing Sessions to Help You Reconnect to Nature
Our Approach
Wellbeing sessions are focused on building sustainable wellbeing and nature-based practices. Knowledge takes inspiration from Seasonal Living, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Practice & Ecopsychology. It is a holistic approach to wellbeing that understands humans as nature and how we can connect with nature as a healing & transformative experience and build wellbeing practices that can integrate into your life to meet your goals, support your priorities and take you further on your journey of self-growth.
How we run our Sessions
Sessions are delivered online by Wellbeing Facilitator Elouise who has over 6 years of experience & education in wellbeing and is accredited with BSc & MSc in Psychology & Wellbeing. These 1-1s are available individually or in blocks of 2, 4 or customisable months to holistically improve mental, spiritual, and physical health through compassionate enquiry, ecotherapy-inspired techniques, and personalised integration to sustain wellbeing, build resilience and help you achieve your personal or professional goals. Previous clients include experiences of anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, navigating boundaries, and building a spiritual connection to Earth. The sessions are adjustable to suit your needs, goals, and lifestyle in a way that is collaborative but facilitated.
The aim of these sessions is to feel inclusive, accessible, and personal while understanding healing through a holistic and alternative service that empowers the client and coach to have a voice and make real change happen.

Session Structure
What Happens in Our Sessions
The Session lasts for 90 Minutes and is adaptable to the client’s preferences and goals but a typical structure looks like:
Part 1: Introductions & Check In
Part 2: Guided 1-1 meditation (Optional)
Part 3: Collaborative & Facilitated Conversation of client’s objectives, insight into experience & conscious exploration of experiences, challenges & goals.
Part 4: Discussion of possible actions, deeper exploration of client’s experiences
Part 5: Summarising of Session, Action Points to take away & next steps outlined.
Part 6: Check Out Conversation to end the session.

4 x 1-1 Eco-Wellbeing Session Online for 90 minutes on Zoom.
6 x 1 Working Week (5 Days) of 1-1 Coach Access online on Voxer, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email.

4 Month Block Includes:
If you are ready to transform your wellbeing, live more in tune with nature & build a whole skillset of tools to support you, as well as break down barriers to integrate better health with ease.
