Woodland Wellbeing Events
A Day of Nature, Wellbeing and Bushcraft
Our Woodland Wellbeing events are holistic nature-based in-person sessions to build self-confidence, mental wellbeing, and nature connectedness, through seasonal living practice and ancient bushcraft techniques.
Learn ancient survival skills, boost your mental & physical wellbeing and connect to nature. The session includes a forest bathing exercise, nature-based art therapy, fire lighting skill building, bushcraft activities and more!
